WE ARE DELIGHTED TO ANNOUNCE THAT ROBERT MACASKILL (EX CULLIN HILLS HEAD CHEF) AND WILLIE SHANKEY ARE TAKING OVER THE RESTAURANT AT THE HOTEL. WE ARE GLAD TO BE ABLE TO OFFER MEALS TO OUR GUESTS AGAIN AND WANT TO WISH ROBERT AND WILLIE ALL THE BEST WITH THEIR NEW VENTURE.
so pleased to here that you have got a chef. i know we always looked forward to dinner in the hotel overlooking the harbour, it was great. hope everyone is well, we miss the hotel and skye, you never know maybe we will get back soon.
